- Creates MS Excel® spreadsheet and places it in same folder as the database. Each row
in this spreadsheet or electronic report contains detailed information of each scanned
record. This information also contains a link to the electronic image document for
reference and is easily viewed by clicking on the link. Currency amounts are also
automatically totaled. This report can be copied to CD ROM along with the images folder
and given to the customer
