SCANAudit
creates MS Excel® spreadsheet and places it in same folder as the database. Each row in this
spreadsheet or electronic report contains detailed information of each scanned record. This
information also contains a link to the electronic image document for reference and is
easily viewed by clicking on the link. Currency amounts are also automatically totaled.
This report can be copied to CD ROM along with the images folder and given to the customer.
The records transferred from the database to the spreadsheet are only records whose values in
the “State Tax Refund” field or “County Tax Refund” field are greater than “0”. When relief
is granted at, for example, Appeal Level 1 the amount under appeal as indicated in the “State
Tax Refund” field or “County Tax Refund” field should be removed and transferred to the Appeal
Level 1 database column. This same action be repeated for each level of appeal. The Client
spreadsheet will show all database records listed at any level of appeal. In other words any
record with a value greater than “0” in the “State Tax Refund” field, “County Tax Refund” field
or Appeal Levels 1 through 3 will be included on the client’s spreadsheet
